Returns & Exchanges

  • We carefully inspect all products before dispatch.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Reporting an Issue

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is required to process any claim.

  • Complaints without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be sent.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
